The By-Laws and Nominations Committee is responsible for periodically reviewing the By-Laws of the Association, and making recommendations to the Board of Directors if the By-Laws need to be modified in any way.
The By-Laws and Nominations Committee is also responsible for making nominations at the Annual Membership meeting for any open positions on the Board of Directors.
