The Architectural Control Committee is responsible for review and approving all new construction within the association.
To assist the new home builder in the review process, the Architectural Control Committee has developed a checklist which must accompany submitted plans for review. Select the following link for a printable version of the checklist.
To assist the new home builder and exsisting residents, the Architectural Control Committee has developed the following requirements for outside improvements. Any exceptions to the requirements must be requested in writing to the ACC prior to commencing work and will be reviewed with notification of the outcome.Plans for review by the Architectural Control Committee can be mailed to;
